Terma is a small bathhouse built around one simple ritual: hot steam, a cold plunge, and a still room to rest in afterward. No appointments needed for the bathhouse — just come in and take your time.

The Ritual

Steam room — 90°C, about 8 to 12 minutes
Cold plunge — 10°C, about 30 to 90 seconds
Rest room — body temperature, low light, 10 to 15 minutes
